I love to paint and draw realistic portraits . I try to capture the essence of those I paint with their own unique voice. More than simply just replicating my subjects I passionately try to understand them so as to present my artwork powerfully and vividly and expressively. Ultimately there is a truth and timelessness. My chosen subjects are distilled in an exact moment and I patiently reflect on their presence. I share this appreciation of timelessness through painting and see life as it is in artistic representation. I try to achieve capturing my subjects’ true soul through their motives and emotions.
